I must have given my super­vis­ing attor­neys at the PD’s office the warm fuzzies that one time I was in front of the judge since they’re hav­ing me split the docket start­ing the end of this month. Either warm fuzzies or they’re that short dis­trict court attor­neys. [Hint: It’s the lat­ter.]

I’m sure we’ll be start­ing off 70/30 or so, but if the ramp up from my one sim­ple case last time to the three cases this com­ing week (includ­ing a pre­lim) is any hint then I’m sure I’ll be neck-deep in the docket before too long.
